This page is dedicated to helping reunite lost pets with their families. If you would like to post information about a lost pet, please submit your request to cvma@chicagovma.org.
To help keep our listings accurate and up to date, we kindly ask pet owners to notify us as soon as their pet has been located so the post can be removed.
Please note that all lost pet information shared on this page will remain posted for up to two (2) months, after which it will be removed unless an update is provided.

On December 10, our dog Quinn spooked when I fell on the ice in our alley and took off running. She was later sighted in the Wicker Park area.
