Chicago Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) is seeking nominations for the Distinguished Service Award. This award is presented to a CVMA member in recognition of long-term commitment and service to fellow members, the field of veterinary medicine, and the community. Complete the nomination form and submit it by November 1, 2026. The award will be presented on December 16 at the 130th Anniversary Recognition Luncheon/Annual Meeting.
