Some dog treats have been recalled after a five year FDA investigation over thousands of dogs getting sick and hundreds of dogs dying from an antibiotic in the product.
Nestle Purina PetCare Waggin’ Train Chicken jerky and Canyon Creek Ranch brands and Milo Kitchen chicken jerky and chicken grillers home-style dog treats were made with an antibiotic that is only approved in China, that is where the products were made. That same antibiotic is not up to the USA’s FDA standards.
