Dr. Stephanie Suchy

Dr. Stephanie Suchy is currently serving as a Board Member of the CVMA and as a Continuing Education Committee Chair. She was born and grew up in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. She received her bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in 2014 where she graduated with honors, and then went on to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2019 there as well.

Outside of work she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, including her husband Ben and son Theodore. She has a Black Labrador Retriever mix named Cole and a French Bulldog named Gus. Her favorite aspects of Veterinary Medicine include oncology, shelter medicine, & soft tissue surgery. She is a member of the AVMA. She is also USDA-APHIS accredited and Fear Free certified.
