Mobile Veterinarian – In-Home Euthanasia Services

JOB DESCRIPTION:

EverPaw is a compassionate, mobile end-of-life veterinary practice serving the greater Chicago area. We bring peace, dignity, and comfort to pets and their families during one of life's most difficult moments — in the familiar surroundings of home.

We're looking for empathetic, skilled veterinarians to join our growing team on a full-time or part-time basis. At EverPaw, we've built our practice around two core beliefs: that pets deserve a gentle, dignified goodbye, and that the veterinarians providing that care deserve real support and sustainability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • DVM/VMD degree with at least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
  • Active veterinary and DEA licenses in good standing
  • Comfort with end-of-life care and compassionate client communication
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate home environments safely
  • Reliable vehicle (SUV or van preferred) and smartphone
  • Strong interpersonal skills with empathy at the forefront
  • Availability to work 20–40 hours/week
