Small Animal Associate - AAHA Hospital - Morris IL

Seeking a full-time veterinarian for an AAHA accredited hospital 60 miles southwest of Chicago in Morris Illinois. Morris and Grundy County have excellent schools, vibrant downtown's, beautiful state parks and many sport and recreational areas including the Illinois river.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic looking to build a positive reputation and long-lasting relationships with your coworkers, clients, and our community.  Successful candidates should enjoy challenging cases, appreciate and respect team members, and actively support fear free standards for our patients.  This individual must demonstrate excellent communication skills, punctuality and be interested in pursuing areas of individual interest to grow the practice.  Potential future ownership buy-in possible.

Our veterinarians enjoy a family friendly schedule as well as a quality career experience.  Our employment agreement includes a flexible work schedule with three day weekends every third week, and most importantly a negotiable guaranteed base salary with a generous Pro-Sal commission, where you earn for the work you do.  Our doctors easily make three figures.  The additional compensation package, valued at $10,000, includes: health, dental, life, and professional liability insurances, a retirement plan, CE allotment, state and DEA licenses.
