Associate Veterinarian wanted in Wilmette, IL
We’re seeking an enthusiastic professional to join their team as an Associate Veterinarian. The position is full time and would offer 35-40 hours per week. Located 14 miles from Chicago, Wilmette, IL was ranked the best place to live in Illinois in 2015. A beautiful suburb on the North Shore, it is known for its lakefront, tree lined cobblestone streets, and green street lanterns.. Sign-on bonus available!
We are a 2 doctor small animal practice originally founded in 1937 that specializes in providing high quality, compassionate and convenient care for our patients. We recognize the importance of the relationships between humans and animals and we see our clients and patients as extended family. We are a cutting edge general practice and advanced surgical facility.
Advanced surgical procedures include:
- Orthopedic, minimally invasive soft tissue
- Rigid and flexible endoscopy
- Brachycephalic airway evaluation
- Correction (rhinoplasty, laryngeal sacculectomy, etc.)
- Laser ablation of neoplasia
- Laparoscopy
- Arthroscopy
- Full use underwater treadmill, laser therapy, and e-stim available
The successful candidate has great people skills, is focused on quality care, and excels at ensuring client satisfaction. The associate will practice general medicine and surgery with high quality equipment at their fingertips. We want you to succeed, and will help you do so! There is a potential for future ownership, but this is not a requirement for employment. A background check will be required of the successful candidate.
