City Pet Hospital (currently City Cat Doctor) in Chicago, IL, is seeking a practice manager to join our well-established hospital. City Cat is entering an exciting time, we are moving into a brand-new location and will soon be seeing canine patients along with felines. We are looking for someone to join us who has a can-do attitude and to help lead the charge of these exciting changes.

 The ideal candidate will have experience in a management role. Job requirements are:

• Familiar with inventory matters
• Experience in, or an aptitude for, reception responsibilities
• Self-directed, motivated, and organized
• Experience in employee recruitment/onboarding and discipline/termination
• Provide and receive constructive feedback from others
• Mentor, support, and advocate for all team members (Doctors to kennel attendants)
• Highly confidential and trustworthy
• Proficient in financial matters
