ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN

• We put patients first striving to continually grow and exceed standards of patient care and client service.
• Communication, leadership, continued education and personal professional development are fostered.
• We have longer appointment times which allow our doctors the time to tailor medical recommendations, educate pet owners, and deliver all recommended treatments.
• We have weekly doctor only meetings, weekly leadership meetings that include all doctors and weekly staff meetings.
• We have weekly training sessions where doctors and experienced technicians train fellow staff members.
• Doctors have surgery only days with appointments only scheduled after surgeries depending on the surgery load that day.
• Work-life balance is very important, so we close at 7 pm nightly, 3 pm Saturday and Sunday we're closed.
• Doctors are scheduled for approximately 37 hours per week with a 1 hour lunch.
• We have in house diagnostic capability, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, ultrasound, laser therapy, stem cell therapy and platelet rich plasma therapy (or PRP).
• We have chiropractic care, puppy classes and more.
• The practice is located in Chicago's finest neighborhood, Lincoln Park.
